WARRANTY


Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty

Smart Desk certifies you as the original retail purchaser of the product. If the product has any defects, under normal conditions, such defects will be repaired or replaced with a new or refurbished product under Smart Desk discretion, without charge, if submitted to Smart desk within 365 days from the date of purchase.

We provide 1 year standard warranty on all of our range of SmartDesk products, 6 months warranty for adaptor and warranty up to 5 years can be purchased separately or bundled at the time of purchase, ask your sales person. This warranty only covers manufacturer defects and the product must be returned to Smart Desk in its original condition, including all accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

Changing the OS

Smart Desk certifies you as the original retail purchaser of the product. If the product was modified with another operating system, Smart Desk is not responsible for damages or lost data due to incorrect or invalid installations. You may purchase another operating system, but our technical support and warranty are limited to the original operating system that came with the product. Attempting to load another OS may render the system inoperable, void the warranty, and erase the embedded product key included with the device.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY


Thank you for shopping at Smart Desk. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we welcome you to review our return and refund policy below.

All products may be returned for a refund within 15 days of purchase. Keep in mind that a NO restocking fee will apply. To receive a full refund for your item/s, please send them back with original packaging and include all accessories. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund after the return has been processed and accepted by our returns department.

Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment but shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier, keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package has been delivered to our warehouse

How to Process a Return

In this guide, we'll cover everything about returns and how to process them, so you'll be fully prepared to handle them in the best possible way. If you are having any issue with your device,

• First of all call on our support number (011-45254444)

• Report the issue and raise a ticket against your issue to discuss and get assistance from our technical team.

• If you do not get any resolution over telephonic conversation then you need to send the device/s to the company’s address for repairing/replacement.


Before proceeding with your return request, please make sure you have the following information available to you

• Order number

• Serial number

• Purchase date

• Return shipping address

Item/s that needs to be repaired/return should be sent to company’s address.
